In case anyone's wondering I think the Dior lipstick Kathleen tried is the velvet finish. There are both matte and velvet finish for the 999 shade BUT the colors are slightlyyyy different!! I've done a lot of research(lol) cause I've been wanting to find the perfect red lipstick for a while. Dior says the 999 is the universal true red shade that looks good on any skin but in my opinion it has a tiny bit of orange in it(both matte and velvet). So if you prefer a blue-toned red or if you have very cool undertone, this is not for you!

The Dior 999 red lipstick is my ride-or-die, absolute all time favorite red lip! It looks good on every skin tone, skin color, & makeup look. It’s 150% worth the price.
Those qtip lip stains are cute, but it seems so wasteful! All that single use plastic, then individually wrapped in more plastic. I guess it’s more fun than a regular stain in a tube with a doefoot, but not worth it to me.

Save yourselves some money and just buy mascara primer to use on your eyebrows! I've been doing this "trick" for years to make my eyebrows very full and stay in place. The white product dries clear. Trust me it works!! I use the Loreal Voluminous Primer but I'm sure it would work with other brands as well. I fill in my sparse spots with my NYX Lift and Snatch eyebrow pen but sometimes if I'm just going to gym or running quick errands the primer on its own is enough!

heeeeey I actually do like to use lip stain before a bright lipstick on my clients. That way I'm sure it's not going anywhere. The most convenient ones come in a felt tip pencil form.
Do the brow gel/lamination first and then use the brow flick. You can be a lot more precise that way since you can see where your hairs are laying. It’s made a world of a difference for me.

Save yourselves some money and just buy mascara primer to use on your eyebrows! I've been doing this "trick" for years to make my eyebrows very full and stay in place. The white product dries clear. Trust me it works!! I use the Loreal Voluminous Primer but I'm sure it would work with other brands as well. I fill in my sparse spots with my NYX Lift and Snatch eyebrow pen but sometimes if I'm just going to gym or running quick errands the primer on its own is enough!
I do the same for years, the loreal one is perfect!

Sample Beauty makes the most INTENSE brow gel I've ever tried! It doesn't budge for like 12 hours and it definitely has that laminated look! Oh and it's super affordable too!!

The Patrick Ta one is way better imo, also that cotton swab lip tint color is actually stunning, the shade is very similar to the Dior shade you tried later which is pretty cool.

I found a dupe for that Dior lipstick in a Nyx lipstick. Nyx suede matte lipstick in the colour spicy. I wanted the Dior, but couldn’t afford it.

heeeeey I actually do like to use lip stain before a bright lipstick on my clients. That way I'm sure it's not going anywhere. The most convenient ones come in a felt tip pencil form.
Do the brow gel/lamination first and then use the brow flick. You can be a lot more precise that way since you can see where your hairs are laying. It’s made a world of a difference for me.
