Best show of my life. I don’t know what could possibly top it. I made it all the way to “Homecoming”-and then it was just waterworks 😭 for that song, “Whatsername,” and the beginning of “Bobby Sox.” I felt like a kid again and sang along with every song in the pit with some of my best friends from grade school.
My wife and I were also directly behind the people right on the barricade! One sweet lady even let my wife up front to record a video of “Holiday” for our little girl! One of the best nights of our lives for sure!
First concert I ever went to Im 14 and got to see it in the pit it was probably one of the greatest days of my life I almost cried of happiness several times I love green day so so much
Saw them a month ago at Fenway and I STILL haven't come down from the high. They've been my favorite band since 94 and seeing them for the first time felt like a life milestone.
They were outstanding!! And Billie Joe was right, it was a beautiful night. So happy to have seen them again, and so close to home this time around. Green Day is the best live band in the world!

@@glenistergrotj3022 i think it's done more not to let him strive his voice too much considering the concert's lenght, at this point of the set he still has to sings songs like Suburbia and Homecoming. He can pull off songs like dilemma and Bobby sox where he hits high notes but those are played in a lower key too.
1:49:42 is when Billie Joe Armstrong starts his speech for anyone curious. I was at this show and as a trans kid i lost it whe he gave this speech. Very magical night for me

Probably 15-25 pairs during the entire set. Thoes buckets of sticks he gives away at the end to the pit are probably 200 pairs in each bucket.

No, they are. Brain stew has Always been one half step down but for this tour they put minority in the same key too.
