I saw a Charles glass video that recently dropped about biceps he said to slightly keep your wrist back so that your forearms don’t take over, I tried that myself and was actually able to feel my biceps working more, maybe you can try that to see if it helps you too!
Jacked i seen a Video of you with Rhoden before he passed away and on Triceps Lat Push downs he had you stopping halfway up and then back down, now you done gone back to Letting that Triceps bar swing up to your chin.
Detail. He has mass but his legs need more detail. If he keeps his waist line small he’s going to be a serious contender. His lines are unbelievable and for a tall guy he’s balanced.
