I have found that the Georgian grip works great against wrestlers or BJJ fighters who love to shoot in. They are already in a good position for it so it's just about quickly getting the hands in place and dropping center. I take a step back and to the side so they have to readjust their momentum giving a moment to get the grips in. Do you have any advice or tips or techniques to defend against shooters?
I am getting better and better by watching your channel thank you
Only forward😉
Sumi gaeshi is my favorite throw, love to see how it can be used from so many different grips
