- Today I was a security risk at SBD Apparel Limited, Unit 2B Lanchester Wy, Catcliffe, Rotherham S60 5FX. Or that's what they wanted me to belive.
I was impressed by the building when I first arrived and started having a look around and doing some videoing when I was approached be someone who demanded to know who I was, but he wasn't willing to give me his details. He then decided that I was a security risk because I was videoing the site. The conversation went down hill from there.

4:20 I can never understand how people think using a camera is a security risk, but don't have any problem with loads of random people using their naked eyeballs to see the same thing the camera records. And many of the random people will be going on site too. People like delivery drivers, customers & clients, contractors, etc.

Don't forget you can utilize RUclips closed captions and auto translation between languages. Although it's usually horrible so it's nice when people add their own subtitles.

7:30 Being on private property means nothing. Everywhere in the UK is private property. There is no public land. What there is is private property that is accessible by the public because there is nothing stopping people from walking on it. Well there is one thing, the fact that people tend to go from A to B so don't veer onto certain places. But that's the thing, people tend to, but not all people. Some people are nosey, some people like to explore, some people just want wander. If the property owner hasn't done anything to dissuade people from walking on their property, then they have no right to demand someone to leave it. Especially if they do certain things which are lawful. Then it becomes discrimination under the human rights laws if it's done in the name of a company.
There are lots of pieces of public land from Common Land to public footpaths to adopted streets. There’s even land marked yellow as Open Land under the CROW Act such as the East Coast Path.
Lots of land is privately owned by people, firms and arms of HMG such as No 10, Buck Palace. MOD sites, DWP offices etc.
Other than designated sites by new laws trespass is NOT a crime and the ONLY remedy is the use of reasonable force by the owner or agent assuming it’s not been designated Open Access.
Even if there are no barriers or signs the owner has the right to remove you once you’ve been informed. You can’t just sit there forever.
