      Thank you so much for watching.
      But the temperature will differ based on how your oven is but approximately 180 degrees depending on your oven, you will just check if they are turning golden brown also I prefer setting your oven top and bottom at the same time.

    They look yummy ....so we dont add baking powder?

    • @ofhyskitchen7748
      @ofhyskitchen7748  2 года назад

      No.
      If you using self raising flour there is no need to add baking powder.

    But for us have absolutely no baking experience...how long in getting the oven and on how much temperature?🙏

    • @ofhyskitchen7748
      @ofhyskitchen7748  2 года назад

      Temperature can range between 160-190 degrees. Depending on how hot your oven can get.
      So what you do is, you just keep an eye on your scones if they turn golden on top just check if they are cooked in the bottom. (Keep monitoring them).

    Hi... if I may ask, why do my scones come out flat at the top without that nice crumble?

    • @ofhyskitchen7748
      @ofhyskitchen7748  2 года назад +2

      It's probably because you overmix your dough.
      Once you add your liquid ingredients, just fold it in. It doesn't have to be smooth when you done.
