Chicken - 1 kg
Seeraga Samba Rice - 3 cups
Onion - 2 numbers (Roughly Chopped)
Tomato - 2 numbers (Make a paste)
Garlic - 15 numbers
Ginger - 2 pieces (cut into small pieces)
Green Chillies - 6 to 7 pieces
Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Mint - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Bay Leaves - 2 to 3 pieces
Stone Flower - 2 pieces
Star Anise - 2 numbers
Cloves - 5 to 6 numbers
Cardamoms - 5 to 6 numbers
Cinnamon Stick - 1 small piece
Salt, to taste
Oil - 75 ml
