For 500g:
Groundnut oil: 5 tablespoons
Ghee: 2.5 tablespoons
Red chilli powder: 3/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Chicken/Mutton/mushroom/vegetables: 500-750g
Mint leaves: 5g (only leaves weight)
Coriander leaves: 7.5g (only leaves weight)
Salt: as needed (probably 20g sea salt for entire recipe)
Curd: 75ml
Lemon juice: 1.5 tablespoons
Seeraga samba rice: 500g
For Biryani Masala:
Cashew nuts: 12.5g
Cardamom: 2g
Cloves: 1g
Stone flower (kalpasi): 4g
Cinnamon: 1g (1.5-inch)
Bay leaves: 0.5g (1.5 count medium)
Star anise: 1g (1.5 count)
Nutmeg powder (jathikai podi): 0.5g
For Ginger Garlic Paste:
Small onion: 150g
Green chillies: 7g
Garlic: 40g (peeled weight)
Ginger: 20g (peeled weight)
