- Hi Friends, welcome to cook best channel In this video, I am going to show you how to cook
5Kg Chicken Donne Dum Biryani SECRET Recipe (With detailed English subtitles).

INGREDIENTS
Groundnut oil 600 or 1ltr
pure nandini ghee 300 ml
added 5 jugs of water (1 jug water equal to 750ml)
added 3kg jeeraga samba rice and 2kg bullet rice
added water for soak to rice 5 jugs (1 jug water equal to 750ml)
finally we added 1 jug water for dum 750ml water
total water is added for biryani - 8250ml
soak for rice - 15 to 20 mins
turmeric powder 20g
white pepper powder 30g
black pepper powder 30g
Cumin powder 30g
nandini pure ghee 200 ml
added 5kg of skinless chicken pieces
chopped onion 5 hand full
green chilli paste 150g
mint leaves & coriander leaves paste 150g
garlic & ginger paste 150g
Coriander Powder 225g
added salt 225g
nandini pure ghee 200 ml

Thanks a lot for the video. Looks amazing and authentic. However you did not remove water from the soaked rice, so totally how much water is added to 5kg rice. This is critical because if the water is not added in correct proportions the rice will be either too soft or hard. Please mention the ratio like how much water per kg. Thanks.

Who told you go & see all donne biryani restaurants they will do separately from the rice if you don't make separate chicken pieces otherwise you can't serve properly when you serve chicken pieces will broke.
