theres around 10 starbucks actually, the yachts are mainly in punta pacifica in star islands or causeway amador, casco viejo have roof top bars, nightclubs and good restaurants, the casino at the world trade center is closed due to been caught money laundering ive heard, good casisno are at the trump tower which is now marriot in punta pacifica and have a great floor in the top with a bar which is amazing, you should check costa del este, contadora island, buenaaventura, boquete, bocas del toro and el valle
Thanks for this info Roberto! I only saw 2 Starbucks on Google Maps (one didn't open until 11am, so I didn't count it). Perhaps the other 8 are a bit north? I appreciate your advice on checking out Punta Pacifica for next time!
Looks like fun to me. What kind of nightlife were you looking for? What's in Cartagena that you can't find in Panama City? By the way, there are more than 10 Starbucks in PC. The city is not confined to the downtown area.
Yea, it’s definitely worth visiting! Just seems a little quiet and laid back - which may appeal to a lot of visitors who don’t want it to be packed, like in Cartagena.
That's great! But I'm not the right person to ask - I was only there for 1 week. I would check out a bit north of the downtown area, like around Obarrio neighborhood (to the west) seemed nice and not too expensive based on my observations.
Well try to stay near to Metro and Metrobus stations or near to your college. If you are going to live in the city, try on suburbs on north and east of the City. Theres a plenty of apartaments and prices depending of your budged

On the outskirts of the city there are good places and the transport to downtown is good enough
