CTM HS1000 Power Wheelchair, what can I do with this?

What do we do when we get donated or traded-in scooters and power wheel chairs? Parts or reconditioning? sometimes you have to way-up the cost against resale value and decide if it's worth putting money into a project or if it's just stripping an item for parts.
