    Rules are made by operators and AAI. Airport is owned by another party who has its own rules. Counter staff has no authority to bend the rules or relax the procedures. However, they have to bear the brunt of passengers' fury. Indian passengers are by nature indisplined and intolerant only at Indian airports. When they are at foreign airport, they tolerate all delays and inconveniences meekly without protest. Whether the airline staff is at fault or not, I have never seen american, european, chinese, japanese, russian passengers behaving like this at any airport in India or abroad.

      Flight delay happens due to the safety issues ,like bad weathers or technical problems ,, so sometimes before barking or creating choas we should know what actually happened n what is the reason ,,
      They are ready to die but safety issues k kaaran flight delay huwa toh refund chahiyeh innko .....

    यहां आप देख सकते हैं, भारतीय रेलवे इतना बुरा नहीं है जितना लोग सोचते हैं। वे कम से कम इस तरह की हरकतें नहीं करते। और हमारी सरकार रेलवे के निजीकरण में रुचि रखती है।
