I've traveled with spice jet, air India and IndiGo but amongst them indigo is the most well maintained!well priced, good service and best of all - on time!!! Their punctuality towards time is the best!!!! How can someone shout like this I really don't understand! Is the landing more important than safety? Oh gosh!!! seriously..!! The girl speaking about SRM University you should've gone earlier actually why go at the last minute?if you really cared about your future.. precaution is better than cure!!

I remember my indiGo flight from mumbai to goa making a go around at goa and finally heading back to mumbai due to extremely bad weather in goa. There is nothing to be so mad about . At the end of the day its all about our safety ! All I remember was the powerful roar of IAEV2500 engines at full thrust ! Oh boy !
An airline that was connected to Indigo once lost my bags. The bag contained all my diplomas and certificates. I didn't shout at the Indigo staff. I patiently told them my problem. They emailed me every 2 hours for updates. 2 days later, they found my bags at Dubai airport and delivered it to my home for free. Be patient, the staff are professional and will guarantee the best service possible if you're patient with them
You serious? Look at the nature of the problem. One bag vs the entire flight diverted and then left the passengers for good. What you need is to learn how to think.
Bad weather: blame airport staff Technical issues: blame airport staff. Spend 5000 to 10000 rupees for a flight and the think they've bought the airline. Give them some freebies and they shut their mouths and sit down.

According to me IndiGo is best and on time flight throughout India. I don't know why people are shouting and misbehave with staff, bad weather is nature calamity. I am also traveling from and to Agartala by IndiGo from last 7 years and faced heavy turbulence in mid flight during these monsoon... I thik people should realize about its nature with IndiGo staff..

SRM has 4-5 days for counselling so if you miss one day surely you can go next day. We had people addmiting even after one nonth of college starting. She might miss her seat as someone else takes it but thats why srm people advise you to reasch a day earlier, even in airlines terms and conditions they mention there are always chances of delays so if something important teach early , you can blame them for that they if they cant land in bad weather.
But finally they arranged a flight next day at 9 20 am. Not only flight they also arranged our stay at hotel ginger and other hotels along with our food. I had a training seesion in kolkatta the next day. Three peoples was furiously making hue and cry there. Still i think indigo persons are behaving so generous and politely

As an aeronautical engineer its instruction from DGCA to any operational Airline in india not to take any risk under any circumstances..... Very upset with the inconvenience caused bt its for ur safety only........ It's not about the flight which couldn't land. One has to accept the fury of the nature but, they should've made alternate arrangements and, mere refund is not the solution out there.

As an aeronautical engineer its instruction from DGCA to any operational Airline in india not to take any risk under any circumstances..... Very upset with the inconvenience caused bt its for ur safety only........ Could have crash landed on the attempt of landing as visibility was not good at ccu..ab agar aisa kuch hota to chillate counter pe ki passengers ki safety ka dhyan nhi rakhte and all. Just cooperate with the airline that's my suggestion.. M too from agartala so can understand ur problem.... Sorry folks... Bt its fault of the airline that they should manage any other facility for the stucked passengers... Its the airlines responsibility..
It's not about the flight which couldn't land. One has to accept the fury of the nature but, they should've made alternate arrangements and, mere refund is not the solution out there.

There are options for booking connecting flights , it depends upon how you book the flight , the responsibility depends there. Simply shouting to solve the purpose doesn't make sense. People should understand the wheatear condition which caused the problem.
