I just did that race yesterday. My daughter says that alien guy was in the heat right ahead of me lol!The cold water dunk was a bit brutal in that weather!Congrats on completing a Spartan!

how long does it take to finish the race as a beginer ?
Probably around 2+ hours!
did yall train before hand for the race?
Id recommend working out a few days a week leading up to it. Not so much running intensive since you go at your own pace but it definitely helps!
