This is a solid recommendation as these are truly well tuned and pleasant to listen to for long periods. They’re not fatiguing. Artti is making a nice name for themselves. I’ve bought some of their wonderful mod cables and look forward to upgrading over the one that came with these set. Wonderful carrying case as well. Glad I watched your review.

@@cryptic7800 I did! The T10 is more of a neutral sound with a slght bas boost while the R3 is a more fun, V-shaped sound with clearly boosted lows and a more musical, energetic sound. I like them both but I gravitate towards the T10 more.

Totally agree with you, about the cables. I've even bought some after market cables that I couldn't tell which was left or right. And a lot of stock cables, KZ I'm talking to you, I can't tell which is left or right on the stock cables, not that I actually use them, but yeah, still annoying.

just had my first couple of hours with the R1. Phew. What an experience. I had to force myself to stop listening. I can't fault them on anything other than they are too cheap. This is what Massive Attack had in mind when they wrote 'Angel'. Emotional. They love valve amps. I've certainly not had as much joy from £50 before (Amsterdam included)...
That looks pretty dope. The treble looks very controlled, the bass looks satisfying, and I have been pondering a pair of these for the last couple weeks. I have never owned a 3DD ( I managed to skip the Serial somehow ).

The Weight of Dreams by Greta Van Fleet is my goto test song, it tests nearly everything I care about. It has some rumbling sub, a great guitar solo, very dynamic singing. I left the cable tie in the box.
managed to get one for 47 USD on aliexpress (sale + coupon) great complement for my EW200. The bass on the artti R1 hit like a slap but increase and decrease smoother than the EW200 (not that the EW200 is bad, is just different, the bass is hits more like a chop) I think you should make a video solely focusing on your top 20 musics you like to listen to test IEMs
Another nice review man. Saw your short and took notice... This one might just tempt my money away from me during 11.11 sales, as I already enjoy the mid-focused Galileo and I have Fan2 on the way... so I've been hunting for a slightly more bass-focused set with the exact sound attributes you relay here. The ISN Neo 5 is on that list as well but this set has tempted me away from it !
Nice review as always, TDM! Regarding those velcro cable ties, they get stuck to my Merino wool shirts which sucks, but on the plus side the velcro often attaches to the inside of the case so the IEM don't fall out when you open it. You mentioned it punches above its price. How does it compare to good $200-300 IEM?
For a balanced tuning and bieng very good coherence wise definitely playing with some more expensive IEM but the market is crazy right now what you would pay 1 year ago for $200 ypu now can get for well under $100 and IEM like the EA1000, BQEYZ Wind and DUNU Falcon Ultra under $300 would have been $650 , Look at the PENON Dome a wonderful piece of musical gear $350 I would have paid $1000 for last year!

Great bass, smooth, balanced, holographic, natural sounding, 3d. Not for trebleheads though. Not dark by any means, but the bass and the mids (also very good) are the stars of the show here.
hey monk decided to sell the conch to get this, would recommend me a cable(trn red chain level of quality en price doesnt have to be modular) and a tips(moondrop spring tips,dunu s&s tips etc which would suit the artti r1)

Please compare to a few iem you like like ea500, regular price of r1 is the same as ea500 so i am worried technicalities are inferior to ea500 as we pay 3 DD the same price as ea500 1DD
The TRN Conch was to me better tuned than EA500, the R1 takes that and makes a more balanced sound signature best 3DD iem I have heard and this is over the Penon Serial $280

This is just a hobby for me...and I really had no intention of going crazy this year with purchases...but somehow, miraculously, I ended up before mid year with the following new additions to the stable: Hidizs MP145, ARTTI T10, CCA Rhapsody, KZ Castor (improved), KZ Castor, Tanchjim Zero, Tangzu Wan 'er SG, and now the ARTTI R1. Throw in a few new modular cables, a Muse HiFi M4, and a few dongles (incl DDHIFI TC35 Pro 2). I am done. No more!!!! Really...never again... ... ...I hope. ...However, there are a few hybrids out there that I still have my eye on. Maybe I can keep what's left of my powder dry...until 11.11. Then again, that damn Onix XI1 Alpha is looking good. So is the Juzear Butterfly 61T.

Adding the R1 would give you a taste of a less colorful Ultra more balanced in your iem arsenal, buy it on-sale can't go wrong, also Q1PRO from EPZ standout $40 gets you 90% of the technical performance as 500LM but better vocals and less shouty upper mids.

What IEM do you compare it to the layering and separation? Really looking forward to your review of the Aoshida x Letshuoer E20, pulled the trigger on 11.11 and it also has that Bery driver for the bass so i hope it's good.
does the bass hit more than the Simgot Ew200? i want to upgrade to a set with more bass slam and impact for hip hop and edm but i am not sure if i should go with the Fudu or with R1. Edit: id does! also more resolute.
olina owners who look for an upgrade, go look r1 feedback on headfi comparing r1 to olina as a sidegrade , i quote :" It would not be an upgrade from the Olina. With the mods, the Olina has more bass, and the Olina’s timbre is at least as good."

I prefer these over the serial to be truthful the serial never wowed me I tried twice but couldn't get why people were so into this set.

The TRN red chain can't be beat I would the upgraded ARTTI cable and it sounds the same for 3x the $

i foumd the highs and sub bass are missing a lot, gets better wizh 16kz eq up, even overall, good iems for the money
Definitely not a V shape but the more you listen to it stock without EQ you might start to like flatter tunings ?
