Isn't it interesting how billionaires often brainwash people into believing that chasing money isn't the path to happiness? The truth is, while money itself might not bring happiness, it does provide security and freedom. These billionaires are securing wealth for future generations, and one thing they all have in common is that they’re investors. It’s crucial for people to take their financial literacy seriously and consider smart investment like stocks, bond and real estate. It really can work for you and help you build the financial future you deserve.

Very true. For many years equities and some fixed-income assets have produced yields needed to provide solid income for financial needs, the importance of mitigating risks could be why investors are turning towards advisors for guidance. Not to talk of how excellent the stock market is doing currently

A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

We did everything we could to make her last days on this Earth as enjoyable as they could be. We live in a world where billionaires often give financial advice on wealth-building but rarely share all the steps they took to reach their goals. One common trait among them is their advanced vision, far beyond that of the average person. Secretly, they seek expert financial advice and, more importantly, find multiple investment sources to further grow their wealth.

    • @LeahLewis-ny9iu
      @LeahLewis-ny9iu Месяц назад +10

Some say, “Never chase money” or “Money won’t make you happy,” yet billionaires relentlessly acquire companies, crush competition, and pursue more profitable investments. They take bigger risks, achieve greater success, and increase their productivity. Meanwhile, we admire them, claiming that success requires time and patience.

I understand your point, but it’s hard to get reliable financial advice online. I suggest seeking a professional financial advisor who can guide you through investing in areas like the stock market, gold, real estate, and more. These are long-term profitable investments, but you’ll still need expert guidance. With the right mentorship, your investment portfolio could see real improvement.

Retired at 55 with $1.4M (60/40 split of stocks and bonds) liquid assets and about $300K in a paid off property/lot in Hawaii that I never built on. I'm now 57, have $1.5M liquid and am about to list the lot for $400k so I match this scenario pretty closely. Our budget since I retired was $9.2K/mo and we've spent only $8k on avg even with 6 months of global travel, a year living in Hawaii and golfing twice a week and some domestic travel. I too got similar (poor) results from my retirement planner but there was no way I would've kept working in a high stress job working 65hrs/wk average because of hypothetical scenarios and probabilities as we're highly adaptable... who in their right mind wouldn't cut back in discretionary expenses during a major recession? Besides, as long as you don't sell or do something dumb in a down market, historically they bounce back in 6 months on avg, maybe a year worst case so you just need to have about 1-2 yrs worth of cash (in a High yield MM) to live off of. At my age, worst case is I get a part-time job at Walmart or get a remote gig where I can work in my PJ's for a year to fund my discretionary spends and hobbies. My highly probable backup plan is to get travel health insurance for $500/mo for both me and my wife where we have to live abroad for 6 months and in the US for 6 months for a year or two. Already got quotes and can save $0.5 - 1k/mo in health insurance and travel abroad half the year. There are too many options to list but my advice is to retire as early as you can and be flexible. Is about financial literacy and great a financial advis0r

Congrats, and spot on! I too am planning for around 55-56 retirement. The value of adding extra years early in retirement when you are most vibrant and active can't be overstated. The key is going in to retirement with a good financial planner, a good grasp of your real expense needs, and ideally having no debt over your head. And of course being able to adapt spending in cases of down markets etc. Glad you are living your best retirement life. Looking forward to joining your club!

If you're a teacher, fire fighter, police officer, construction worker, etc... most people need to retire and find something else to do with their time if they want to keep working. You are no longer going to be effective at work. This guy owns his own business. That's a different story entirely. When society gets to the point that has everything and it doesn't have to work too hard in life, they become lazy and bad people and they become too individualistic, essentially bad people. Out of all the things I have done and gone thru after 25yrs of marriage and 4 kids. The most stressful has been illness within the family. Mom got sick and died. Tore the whole family apart to the point that none of us talked to each other for 4yrs. Today some talk some don’t. Basically the family was never the same and all due to disagreements in care. Most failed to recognize she was dying and there was nothing anyone could do. As the youngest my father couldn’t deal with the responsibility and told me to make the decisions. I did and I asked all my siblings but none of them wanted to hear it. In the end my wife, kids and I stood by my mother alone, did the best we could until she passed. I lost my job afterwards for taking too much time off. Lost my family and I am crying typing this up. At least i have my wife and kids and that’s all that matters to me. Just like the old man in this video said at 3:00. Illness is the most stressful and I wouldn’t want to wish it on my worst enemy. Wishing health and prosperity to anyone that reads this.

Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

I believe this man knew *exactly* what was happening on that date.
Let’s talk about his love life after we ask him about his connections with Mossad and Netanyahu? What can he tell us about why Israelis were dancing on the news of the building being immaculately burned into with a plane that miraculously left not a single piece of it behind, leaving an immaculately round hole in it.
Why were there expert minded people claiming it was a strike from inside the building? What can Larry tell us about this when he conveniently decided to take the day off.

It might not be easy or perfect, but it has to start somewhere.

I was a stay at Home mom with no money in my IRA or any savings of my own, which was scary at 53 years of age. Three years ago I got a part time job and save everything I make. After 3 years, I am 56 yo and have put $9,000 in an IRA and $40,000 in my portfolio with CFA, Evelyn Infurna. Since the goal of getting a job was to invest for retirement and NOT up my lifestyle, I was able to scale this quickly to $150,000. If I can do this in a year, anyone can.

You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is
to spread out your investments. By putting
your money into different asset classes like
bonds, real estate, and stocks from other
countries, you can lower the risk if one part of
      the market goes bad.
