Thank you so much for the step by step very easy to follow instructions. I just found my mom n dads bracelets I had given them when the bracelets first started being popular. My dad had passed in 2005 and my mom recently passed and I found these going through my mothers things n was thrilled to find them but I needed to shorten them and I couldn't remember how , I googled it found your video and was happy to see that you had made this video. I found the easiest and cheapest way. Get two cocktail sticks and when you slide the charm to reveal the hook place it in the gap. So much easier as they won’t spring back so you can line them up and push the hook onto the other charm and then remove the cocktail sticks. Cheap and easy.

Another easy and affordable tool is just using a key! I couldn’t do it with my nails and don’t have a good tool so I tried one of my keys and it worked great!

I cannot unhook the charms. So i took a tool and destroyed a huge charm bracelet. It startwd because a lady asked me to sell her one of the gold charms, then, she wanted it for 5 dollars, not 20. I told her she was a brown fuzzy eggrole, and she cannot purchase from me anymore. Nothing is free, darling!
