Thank you for the video, perfect illustration. I don't know about X9L, but on T90 Turbo mode lasts only 15 seconds regardless of thermal regulation set up and actual temperature of the light. Even when thermal cut off is set to 70 degrees and the light is barely warm after 15 seconds on turbo, the cut off kicks in every time after 15 seconds. This makes me believe that the cut off is programmed on the bases of a 15 second time period rather then actual thermal regulation.
@@0401andreas Thank you! Hi rez pics, very nice. By the way, I found a way to extend Turbo mode on T90. I was wrong about the 15 second timer limit cut off, it is correctly thermally regulated but the temperature cut off has to be set to the highest 70 degree setting, and the light has to be pushed to max temp a few times before thermal sensor starts to function at higher temps. The body of the T90 heats up to max of 60 degrees, and when thermal limiter is set to 60 degrees, the body heats up to max temp of 50 degrees. 10 degree thermal transfer from sensor to body seems correct. Turbo mode now lasts 20-25 seconds before the drop. I tried Sony VTC6A and SAMSUNG-40T cells. 40T does hold Turbo longer then the 6A. The best part is that with 70 degree max set limit, T90 stays on High mode without thermal cut off and until the cell drops voltage. It really is a shame that the reflector is so off, T90 provides excellent cooling for 90.2. I'm thinking maybe an orange peel reflector will help with the hot spot.
Yes, thanks for this comparison. The K30-GT is still calling me...

Acebeam k30gt best . Thank you
Fantastic good video 👍
Sure looks like the K30GT is the winner.

Does K30GT have a doughnut hot spot? I can't tell from the videos but I just tested one and it has a doughnut hot spot.
So I can't see a donut hotspot
