+heikg It's a Resp-O-Rator sold by Hartvilltool. I like the concept because it eliminates my breath blowing up and fogging my glasses. Since this video, I purchased their junior model and like it much better.
Do they ship worldwide? If not I will look for something similar on ebay using the name you gave.
