Me I feel that because I wish I was back at Program full-time singing this particular song at a Christmas party at my Program but we can’t right now because Covid Is too high so they closed my program for two weeks amount from January 6 to January 19 and I go back to Program on January 20 so my subscription is on hold until then
I love these arrangements of the various carols. John Williams was so busy with the rest of the score, he asked the wonderful Angela Morley to arrange and orchestrate these for him. RIP Angela.
I like the score of Home Alone 2 as much as the first. I really wish they would release this score on iTunes or something. Even trying to get a copy on CD is very pricey :/

His plane ticket was taken and torn into pieces. His uncle hadn't returned to New York from Paris. Kevin had no place to stay. I'd rather explain to the police the situation.

I don't know why I just realized this theme from the beginning almost seems like a Christmas version of Jurassic Park, but not fully with a few notes here and there.
Well it was done by John Williams and his orchestra...literally making a cameo in that scene at the Hall in the film! Yup the conductor is INDEED John Williams at the part where Kevin and the pigeon lady share each other's problems in this wonderful sequel.
The part where O Holy Night starts, was always my favorite part of this ensemble track. Listening to the bells while looking up at the star filled night sky on a late Christmas Eve, a couple of hours till sunrise on Christmas morning, always had a sense of peace within that moment. Thinking about friends and family that were miles apart, sound asleep at home.
Who feels they should have made an entire Orchestra track just for O Come All Ye faithful as heard in that scene in the movie
