In 30 minutes drive you reach the Trabocchi coast and 45 minutes from the ski resorts. The house needs some updating, bathroom, windows, possibly another bathroom upstairs.The tiles are original and need only to be cleaned, the house is made of stone and has vaulted ceilings. In the ground floor there is an entrance, a living room, bathroom and large kitchen with a fireplace and wood oven.In the first floor, a single bedroom, a double bedroom and the terrace with a magnificent panorama
There is cellar in the basement and a small piece of garden of about 200m2 in the rear of the house

Hi Dino, we love the panoramic views and sizable nice layout with incredible terrace, for a senior couple! Great vacation home, lock & leave. Some renovation required, extensively at the kitchen, some minor work & touch up, on the entire apt and the little garden. Beautiful property, I'm sure it is sold by now. ❤

The house with a bit of work can be turned into something amazing, but yes, the view really is the best!
The tile floor's are gorgeous I would just paint interior and exterior this house is lovely.
It does need a cleaning from top to bottom. It also needs a oven. The small bedroom is more of a close closet. I can see a covering with glass panels that open on the patio. Maybe turn that area into another room with a hanging patio off towards the back. Well, maybe I am getting ahead of myself on this property. I am sure the Church bells are loud. My office in Rovigo was right next to a Church and with the windows open the sound was loud enough to knock fillings out of teeth. The good news was that there was a dentist just below our office.

Amazing townhouse, I would take the bedroom facing the church and move the door back and change the small bedroom to an on suite, I think the other bathroom is right below it. in all come out at about 100k for an amazing place

Grazie Rino. Un'ottima casa da ristrutturare con molto potenziale, appunto nel centro storico e vicino alla chiesa. Non è possibile fare meglio. Mi sa che con un'extra spesa di 20 o 35 K€ sia possibile fare qualcosa di bello. Purtroppo non si vede bene il limite del piccolo giardino affacciante sulla montagna.

0:52 absolutely stunning view for sure but as the creator pans to rooftop are those rock's on the roof ? I'm just trying to figure out what they are and the purpose. My surmises are maybe some of the tile roofing is loose and the weight is needed to keep the wind from dislodging them. Anyone know?

Hello! It doesn't get that cold, of course in Jan and February you are typically between 0 and 4 C° but it's not that bad, it's still Italy and when the sun is up you easily get 8 C° even in colder months. Thanks for commenting!
@@OneStopAbruzzo Purtroppo non ho visto nessun riscaldamento o qualcosa di simile nella casa. A parte la cucina, giusto? Quindi non dovrebbe essere molto piacevole in questa casa quando arriva il freddo. Nemmeno in bagno, il che non solo fa male alla salute ma anche al tessuto dell'edificio. Per il resto, l'immobile è sicuramente un bel lavoro e una bella ricompensa per lo sforzo di ristrutturazione.
@@OMK8744 Ah ok, pensavo parlassi della città in generale. Per quanto riguarda la casa, basta installare qualche condizionatore (fra l'altro ci sono sempre gli incentivi) e il problema è risolto :) Grazie!!

Yes! They do ring, quite a bit of times I would say, during the day they signal the time, I should Google the correct answer because I don't know exactly but they do ring :D

Great potential, but the place needs more work done on it than I’d want to undertake. The kitchen; especially, needs to be gutted and redone with a modern aesthetic.
Hello! Well, depends on the personal preferences, I for one would not change it that much, the masonry style kitchen should stay in my mind, just need to expand it a little bit. I would "only" redo the windows, the bathroom and complete the kitchen and that's about it. Of course with house renovations you could potentially go berserk and do whatever, but I don't think it's needed in this case. Thanks for commenting!
