😂 I just adore Agnes Moorhead! She was perfect in this series..I can’t imagine anyone doing it better.
Her and the second Darren didn’t get along well
Absolute legend.

Sgt. Troy (RAT PATROL) off to bug Samantha. 😀 She saw through him. I love her response. "I'm not supposed to be happy every minute. I'm married." 😀
he had a beautiful voice
YES
You can't say that Endora doesn't have good taste.
Christopher George left us too soon.
Sam/Liz is lovely here. "I'm not supposed to be happy every minute. I'm married." Sam never was enticed by her former beaus, not including Rodney and Clyde. Theirs was an unrequited love.
I always remember Christopher George from the 1970 TV-Movie House on Greenapple Road...it's a shame he died so young, he was only 52
He was also very good in the one season series called the Immortal from 1970 to 1971. I have this on DVD. Also appeared in 4 episodes each of the Love Boat and Fantasy Island.
What kind of magic is that?????
This is a wedding ring 💍
😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
What a handsome guy George was.
and his voice, smooth.
Yes, very confident, too.
I wonder. . .didn't they imply that Samantha and her family have longer than mortal lifetimes? They might not like Darin, but can't they just sort of. . .you know, wait him out? Play nice for Samantha's sake, knowing that he won't really be a lifelong problem for them?
Good point
I've said the same thing several times.
They're all dead now. No one lives for eternity.
Exactly! Even the worry over Tabitha's witchcraft education--just wait until she's an adult. She'll outlive her dad by centuries.
They do clearly show that witches live centuries. That said they’re also a hedonistic impatient bunch who are used to snapping their fingers and get anything they want right then so they’re not very patient and very impulsive especially when they don’t get their way.
Great clip. The whole premise of the show was Samantha could have anything or anyone she wanted and she only wanted Darrin and gave it all up for him and a moral life. Now if that isn’t love I don’t know what is
I think you mean "mortal" life. Certainly Sam was already very moral, don't you think?
Yes. I cannot seem to edit the comment to change the word to mortal
wasn't love, it was abuse. Darrin would throw a fit if he couldn't have his way 100% of the time, even when Samantha was HELPING him. I get that it was the '60s, but his pathetic little ego was out of control. An example of love would've been Major Nelson in "I Dream of Jeannie," because even though Jeannie's antics annoyed him and sometimes even got him into major trouble, he never once tried to change her or have her pretend to be anything other than what she was, then married her anyway.
That was love. Darrin's crap was ego, and Endora/Maurice/all the other witches could see it, making them the true heroes of the story, but Samantha never could let go.
❤
Damn, Christopher George was HOT!🔥🔥
Esp in that suit he’s wearing when he shows up in her kitchen ⚡️🔥⚡️
Ah, George: 🎼Smooth Operator 🎵, indeed. The only warlock I'd consider over Darrin.
Christopher George👏👏👏👍👍👍
He died so young. To bad
🎼Smooth Operator🎵
⚡️🔥⚡️
I would go for George!
No question what she thinking
True love has nothing to do with charm and good looks. It's a soul.connection.
Absolutely! 😉
Absof**kinglutely
Interesting, the "wedding ring" repellant.
Man, I love beautiful witches. And Sam is No. 1 in my book.
I enjoy the classy warlocks.
He was so handsome and died way to young.
I am not supposed to be happy every minute, i am married....gets me
this is 1 of my favorite episodes
One of the few warlocks I do like.
Uncle Arthur's ok too
@@freespirit3891 👌
He and Serena would've been a quick couple, but he appears to be a tad misogynistic, which she'd eventually be bored with.
@@corneliuswhite5139 Serena wasn’t marriage material, and I gather George wasn’t either.
@@viktorgadany7595 I think she would've tried it...once, and then had it annulled 🤣🤣🤣
Fab episodes too good
Favorite episode
George is my all time favorite episode plse post more clips from this episode.
I agree
Well now I have to go look for clips from Rat Patrol.
Why is she doing the dishes when she has a beautiful lime green dishwasher?
George was the closest warlock describing how dark Bewitched COULD be, had it not been for the laugh tracks.
I offer the constant references to the devil. 😜
You mean aside from them constantly worshiping Bealzebub?
The all too short series of Sabrina really explored the darker side to witchcraft. It was really good!
Of you haven't watched it already, I do suggest chasing it down and watching it!
The ending felt rushed, (you get that sometimes) but apart from that, it's extremely watchable! :D
PS: I do mean the latest Sabrina, not that idiotic earlier fluffy one made for kiddies during prime time :P
George left the scene when discovering Samantha was married...that's morality.
@@TheMurlocKeeper The original Sabrina the Teenage Witch was pretty good too. I watched both and even the Cartoon version. Each was good when you consider the decades of their release.
@@Maninawig | When did that happen?
Good old values Christopher George. Disappeared. Upon. Being shown her wedding ring thanks
Christopher George and his wife, actress Lynda Day George appeared on many TV shows of the seventies. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
Yes! 🙂
Ms Harper Stacey, my Bewitched friend: George would be the only warlock might consider over Darrin. He's handsome, suave, and knows when he's beat.
Lynda Day George portrayed the frustrated wife of arrogant boxer "Quayles" in Rich Man, Poor Man. George Maharis played the boxer (Christopher George type, though more athletic). Lynda seduces Tom Jordache to make her boxer husband jealous.
@@melreslor2114 Nick nolte appeared on rich man, poor man before he became a movie star. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
60s Housewives' trademark : they're always wearing rubber gloves in the kitchen.... I've seen it everywhere,I'm a 60s baby
I with endora why give that life up ?
Sam could have threatened to turn George into a frog
Endora clearly didn't get along with Maurice -- she should have roundheeled George herself.
They should have replaced Dick York with this guy! 🥰 🕺🏻
I saw that on my TV 📺
Christopher George was the Greek version of Jeffrey Hunter :-)))
Jeffrey Hunter was in a two-part episode of Star Trek, the original series. From Ms. Harper Stacey.
I remember this episode from Bewitched favorite like
I would like to see a magical war between a warlock and Samantha
I think this is the only time when they showed the personal dwelling of either a witch or a warlock. In other episodes, they showed Sam's world in large open areas.
Anyone notice there's is no glass in the window?
Endora had a hookah!
The warlock is Christopher George.
This is the first time we see Sam's flight suit.
Not quite. We first see her flying suit in Season 1 episode 5, “Help, Help, Don’t Save Me”.
She showed it a few times in Season 1, though it was mid blue.
@@thatjpwing Exactly when she left Darrin after he accused her of using witchcraft for the Caulder soup campaign
I do need to Kalevala correction.we see Sam's black flight suit in A VISION OF SUGAR PLUMS.
That's i jeed to make a correction...
Oh Samantha I agree with Endora
Ad averlo uno stregone così nella mia vita
He had the most beautiful eyes.
Gorgeous man
If she wanted George, she would have stayed with George.
I love this episode!!
Honestly I could see it happen
Endora is so Karen! LOL!!
Sam had the worst tatse
I'd rather have GEORGE than crabby old sourpuss Darrin. George is good looking, charming etc.
Shes got a dishwasher and does them by hand?
🙂
Warlock gives the Baphomet devil horns.
It’s only for 40 -50 years of her life at most. Get over it.
By witch standards Samantha basically ran off an joined a cult. With an abusive cult leader that she inexplicably worshiped. I genuinely believe that only the fact that Samantha could literally disappear at will, unlike a mortal wife, was what kept Darrin from being abusive.
I didnt understand what was frightening abt wedding ring.
I do.Believe me.
Samantha showing him her wedding ring was her showing him proof of her having made a spiritual contract (a pact) with Darrin’s soul. Witches (because of the old trope of them making pacts with the devil) would understand the gravity of spiritual contracts.
@@timrob87 interesting.
Or he’s terrified of commitment..
