@@stephanshun because free will creates struggles that people can learn from and grow from. No free will means no growth or satisfaction of success or no pain to understand the value that people fight for. It's a dilemma but it works well..
Dude tbh i am in deep depression for 3 years now and i was a great electrical engineer and did great projects but this broke me down to tears. I dont even know what i did in these successful years. i just got a dog and live on bare minimum and its better than everything before but there is still this tingling in my bones. Iam not quite sure what to about, also my girlfriend left me when i wasnt that successful anymore it hurts in every bone but it also feels great...
The "In all timelines, in all possibilities, only you can show me this" just hits so hard, all of a sudden it comes fullcircle, Jayce's and Viktors companionship is laid all out on the table no conflict just pure appreciation for one another. I rarely say this but a bloody masterpiece
I never realized the change from "There is always a choice" to "Choice is false" until they were put right next to each other. Such a journey. They're contradictory statements, and yet I can't help but agree with them both.
Well, exactly. That's how we meant to see he changed not only outside. Remember S1, Hexcore can learn, can fear, can take revenge. Viktor could not stay the same even after the first "Hexcore" fusion, and he said the latter phrase after the second "Apex Shimmer" one. TLDR I think he had enough reasons to flip like that. I would think after the second one he gone kinda "primal" and most ways of nature are kinda predetermined.
Man viktor is my fav character since season 1 , i just wish they could continue a show about him even tho he is gone .... some plot twist could be insane that he is actualy alive somehow and just keep goin this is one of my favorite animated characters
im sick IM SIIIIIICK THIS KILLED ME. so beautifully put together. ugghhhh. genuinely one of the greatest arcs ive ever seen. theyre soulmates in every universe fuckkkk….. twin flames…
Victor was the must suffering and noble character of all this story... He helped everyone with vision... He wanted to help everyone, he came from nothing... Jayce had privilegies... Victor risked everything to cure himself
This logic is very flawed. Victor had nothing to lose. He was going to die if he did nothing. Jayce came from nothing and risked his newfound life with money and connections to create hex tech to help people. He was willing to throw away his spot at the university to accomplish that.
@@PhatesDemise Jayce only lived becouse of Hexcore too. In universe in which there is no Victor, he is either banished after the experiment or not saved during the storm
This relationship between Jayce and Viktor is so important. Platonic Love. Brotherly Bond. We don't get to see it much anymore. You Go, I Go. It is a great mirror of Vi & Powder/Jinx.
I find it so weird that people want them to be in a relationship, what they had was more than that, in every timeline they were together and experienced love unconditionally. Affection comes in many forms of those of friends, lovers etc
Someone english native can explain me something: when Victor say "There is no price to perfection. Only an end to pursuit" he means that there is no price reaching perfection, if you reach perfection there's nothing? and also, "an end to pursuit" is literally pursuing an end, meaning thet perfection is not meant to be reach, but pursuing it has a meanign? Hope I explained myself clearly enough...
He is a scientist with a disability who views everything positive as upwards movement and improvement. The word used is "prize" like treasure, good thing, etc. So when he achieves perfection there is nowhere up left to go, so winning is not really winning for him because he reaches the top.
pretty sure he said "There is no prize to perfection" not "there is no price to perfection" - as if he won't get anything out of finally reaching it. What he wants to say is that it's the journey that gave him joy, and the destination just left him alone
Viktor's Glorious Evolution arc should have been a full season. They should have just teased his uprising at the end of Season 2, kept Ambessa as the sole villain, and then made him the main villain in Season 3. They rushed such a great story!
SEELE, I mean Viktor wants to have humanity go through The Human Instrumentality project, I mean have a greater evolution. Get in the Anomoly Jayce and fix it
If only they didn't rushed the story, Viktor would have been one of the best characters of all time if they gave him more time to flesh him out in Season 2 just like in Season 1.
Many people use the word "rush". But I don't think it's the right word, but too "condensed" would be a be a better word. They confirmed there are so many extra scenes that got left out Don't know if it's because of Netflix or something
Jayce's sentence is so dumb: "You always wanted to cure what you thought were weaknesses, your leg, your disease, but you were never broken Viktor, there is beauty in imperfections." Brother Jayce he was dying of his disease. It was fixing it or death. Especially after he violated the Ethos himself and fused the hexcore with Viktor to save him.
