I love how vander was portayed as unbeatable even against the mutated finn, but the thing that killed him was a knife from his brother, poetic honestly.
Well, maybe not how he wanted but In the end, he accepted his fate. While falling he even cried. Also blowing the candle out along with the song Wasteland "If you want, death can take me this time" - blows out the candle - I do not know for certain if Jinx ran away from the bomb, or if Vander kicked her away. Certainly one of this two possibilities happened for sure.
@ it’s not about what makes me think she survived, it’s about what made her survive. Don’t wanna advertise my own channel but you can look the video up if you want
@@daniel_tenner basically: when the bomb explodes at the end, you can see a violet beam going away from the explosion (like violet beams when jinx activates her super speed). Also the air ship you see in the very last scene is an back call to the very first scene of season 1 where an air ship flys over the kids group and powder said "someday i want to ride one of these"... so for me there are pretty good points that she has survived and "flee" so she and Vi can be happy, coz in her mind she thinks that the both of them can't be happy together
Vander is so underrated, he's literally my favorite character.. :(( DUDE I WAS SO HOPEFUL WHEN THEY REUNITED BUT THEN THEY TAKE THE HOPE OF HIS RECOVERY RIGHT AWAY?? I WAS IN TEARS OML.
He was my favourite character, too😔❤ And they killed him three times: it's just to painful for me😭🥺 The worst part is I truly hoped he would finally live with his loved daughters after Victor healed him, but than Singed and Ambessa destroyed everything. I know he was still important in season 2 because thanks to him Vi and Pow/Jinx can finally love each other again, but I wished for something different. We will love and remember him forever❤️
That scene Wasteland plays again with Vander putting little Powder and Violet to sleep hit me hard especially, because to next see that Jinx would sacrifice herself to save her sister and finally put her suffering father to rest made me tear up. 😢
I think we may still catch echoes of Vander. In Warwick's biography it is written that sometimes fragments of memories from his old life come to him, and Warwick himself is intelligent and capable of speech, so Vander is not finished yet, but of course he will hardly remember who Powder and V are for him
@Shadowliez I imagine it more like a dream for him, where he is constantly angry and chasing someone, possibly killing criminals like in the League biography, and only occasionally waking up, seeing fragments of the Vander's memory, only for a moment, and then again plunging into a dream of anger and chases, it is unlikely that there will be a trigger for awakening, it will be a rather nightmarish existence
Vander is a great father to his daughters 👨👧👧 and a brave, friendly leader to the underworld ⚔🤝. However, he never got what he truly deserved 😔. I hoped that when he returned, there would be a heartwarming reunion 💞, but the ending left me heartbroken 💔.
Vander got Vi and Powders parents killed. Silco blames Vander for all of Zauns problems. Vander doesnt want to fight anymore but Silco does. Go rewatch the bridge scene and itll make sense.

literally poetic.
The tragic and saddest part about Vander is that he can no longer live as he wish, and he can no longer die as he wants.

I would drown in my own tears if Vander and the family could have a happy ending
@@HardstuckTV What makes you think she survived? She's had a death wish for most of the season.

Safe to say that after the finale this hits so much harder
Sadly yes..
This edit is more cathartic than the final episode ❤
The goat, Just the goat, Vander forever
If only…the only thing that will be left…Warwick…

he's one of my fav character too and that's why we are here with this tribute.

I just rewatched S2 Ep6 and it still hurts just as bad 😭
Vander's story is by far the saddest. change my mind.
3:30 this moment destroyed me
Vander deserved so much better ❤😭
all of them deserved better...
@Shadowliez you are so right 💔
I saw on Facebook someone said, There aren't any villians in Arcane, the whole show is just one big misunderstanding
@@xXPoisonedxThornXx
and to me that's what makes arcane so great! it's a human story with human errors.
When he saw jinx and recognized powder .. OHMGAWD THE TEARS
his eyes turned into murkwolf and my eyes turned into river.
Only now realizing Powder liked the same drink he made for her mother.
Arcane is full of these clever little touches... and clever big touches.

aa man..

yeah, probably would be harder than what we saw in the show! but I don't know what would be the trigger, just saying "vander" would work again or?..

@jormungandr4836 agreed, adding the fact memories burned in ep7 and turned his eyes black into nothingness, nightmarish dreams would be the word.
2:45 Warwick"who taught you how to punch"
2:47 vi"my 2nd dad"
nah that was goated , goodjob
respect.
The kindest people are also those who suffer the most, Vander was one of them

what happened to Vander is worse than any death I feel so sorry for him
Yeah...I hate what they did with Vander in the series. They ruined the act 3...
Lovely edited!
Thank you!
Goosebumps... 🥹
My dad passed away 1 month ago, this hits different
R.I.P, I hope this video helped in a way..
I love this song from act 2
What a masterpiece…

this story is just full of tragedies
Laughing at the furries having a meltdown because he doesn't have a muzzle 😂
bruh..
What happened to Silco? Why did he became evil and killed Vander?
I mean it's jinx vi situation! just the fact they didn't get the chance to talk and hate grow stronger is enough.

@@thepackmaster5411 uh.. I didn't think I got to answer in this sense.
Vander Attempted to kill Silco anyways

Are you talking about Viktor?
I thought his name was Viktor?
No…the mortal…Lance…meant…Christ…
Better be careful all that blood may attract Warwick. But I'm glad our lord, Viktor, died for us all.
sounds like a glorrrrrrious evolution

anyone else notice the cup and straw powder used were beat up versions of the ones Felicia used? Like he saved the cup
