I did, yes! I did 2 sets of 15 reps per move on each leg and totally felt it the next day! And even though they really do target the butt, I would say these were total body moves. I felt them all over my arms and core as well. Good stuff!
Tracey Anderson has VERY unique moves that work, but they are very hard to do for inflexible people. I am female but my flexibility is like a male and her exercises are very challenging. She should really keep this in mind.

She has a long lean dancers body with no real curves. If you're going to use examples of celebrities with great glutes maybe somebody like Jessica Biel? She's got an amazing butt so I'd love to know what her glute workout regimen is!
What do you mean by real curves? not all women have big breasts and butty and not all women want to look like that... Let each women work with their body type For me that is what real butts look like, not fake Kardashian family ones. Some women have small butt and when they exercise they only make it perkier.
Nobody should want a Kardashian booty! Nobody! If that's what a booty looks like to you? that's fine. I have no issue with smaller butts...i think there is a such thing as too much of a good thing but her butt is almost non existent in my opinion. I'm not hating, it's just that I don't see a booty! She's tall, super lean, almost boyish. Everyone definition of curvy varies.Mine is based on the women in my family and they range from super stick skinny to Beyonce bootylicious! I find Gwen to be a bit flat... Just my opinion! But I see yours point too.
