Vertigo’s come from a lot of different issues so quiet
no it is not. dizziness , vertigo for some originate from c1 c2 neck spine issues, read up. And perhaps go to a upper cervical spine chiro and get imaging to know the real truth. Their imaging and maths about discrepancies is objective evidence no subjective.
