When 10 year old Kevin says to his parents, "I love her", I have shipped them since. Somehow, somewhere, I still hope that they might end up together because they are meant for each other. I am a believer in one true love and childhood sweethearts marrying each other. :)
@@Ran-bd7pn here's the thing. We haven't seen Sophie's side yet. We know she bullied Kate (her name is on the napkin) and ditched her at her party. She probably also has baggage from her parents divorce, and has not always been sweet as pie... This season will be do or die for them... Is that Sophie's son or not? (Also, the second time Kev broke up with her he's totally honest and says, "look. I'm not good enough for you. I'll be awful." Because he believes that about himself and he doesn't see it getting any better. Because he's in a dark dark place. And Sophie, though she's a nurse - she points this out herself - didn't recognize the signs. Didn't call him out, didn't get to the bottom. Just literally shuts him out. I'm convinced there's a LOT more going on than we see because that's always how This Is Us works!!! And I love it and I'm here for it. Not holding my breath for them, but I'm stoked for the season!)
