It's funny how this happens to me once or twice per day. So 4-8% of players are using it, likely higher as games I'm legitimately losing the other player didn't have to use the cheat.
I had a bad feeling something like this glitch would happen. I wanted a hat to wear to match the Allister mask, but the Solgaleo or Furfrou hat would glitch out and you had to pick one or the other because the Allister mask covers the front and top of the head.
I find it hard to believe that someone would go out of their way to do the exploit esp when they have a level 50 account. Niantic has a 3 strike policy so if Jukka Bukas ban is a 30 day or termination of his account then he's been caught violating the TOS before most likely and he isn't a first time offender and his theory of "doing this to get Niantics attention" is cap.
They can ban for first offense if they want but most accounts have a first strike because were spoofers then went legit that how they got so many good pvp pokemon from spoofing to them.
The biggest cheaters of this game are Niantic people. They banned people for cheating in a game that is repeating events and have the same pokemons again and again. We are the ones who should stop playing for a while, wait there is also a rule that says that if you stop playing your account will be banned as well🤣
Jukka Bukka fakes the righteous story, No need to get his account banned. He could have just made a new account and got first legend, then kept doing it every season until they fixed it. Instead he got busted. He didnt have any idea he was getting first legend, or that he would get this much attention. It just happened and once he realized he was getting banned and all the attention he was getting, he decided to pretend it was for a righteous cause....anyways thats all just my theory lol

i dont like pvp so i am save from a ban i aint want to get in niantics sight just play peacefully and catch Pokemons and do some gyms 2 per day but sunday i will be walking for 3 hours till i get my sprigratito 100% IV and i will let you know how it was
you wont just get banned if your unlucky in pvp, if you find a glitch like this which is very unlikely then they only will ban you if you abuse it and still might not even notice
This proves beyond any doubt that Niantic is unquestionably not qualified to manage and run this game. Niantic banning someone for exploiting a flaw in Nantics programing aka exposing Niantic FAILURE at programing and their inability to fix it is equal to the IRS prosecuting someone for taking advantage of a loophole in the tax code to not pay tax.
How about they FIX IT ? People dont even care if they get banned at this point anyway, who in his right mind would even participate and play a game if they dont do anything even when you point it out to them like to a little child and nothing sticks? You can spoof/bot your account to 50 in a couple months. So it ain’t a huge loss for most people.
