This stuff is great as a base for making different sauces. Earlier I did a little experimenting and came up with a Sweet Chili Garlic Teriyaki sauce that I used to spice up some chicken drumsticks. One of the best recipes I came up with so I gotta share it. I eyeballed the ingredients so the following is an estimate and can be adjusted according to your taste. -Half a cup of Japanese BBQ -4 Tbsp of Honey -1 Tsp of Red Pepper Flakes -6 Cloves of Minced Garlic -Splash of Lemon Juice -1/2 Tsp Spoked Paprika - 1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger - Pinch of Cayenne and Chill Powder - Spoonful of Corn Starch to thicken up - Salt & Pepper to taste. Marinate Chicken Wings for about an hour and place on the bottom rack in the oven at 425° for about 25 minutes. Turn them over and glaze them liberally. Set the oven to broil on low for about 10 minutes. Flip them over to glaze them again and back under the broiler for another 10 minutes. Please note that the honey will cause the sauce to burn if too close to the heat. It’s important to use one of the bottom racks in the oven so the sauce doesn’t burn under the broiler. They should come out sticky with very slight charring. Keep an eye on them and don’t walk away from the broiler. Enjoy!

Never heard of Yuzu - wish you would have described the taste and not just the 'yuzy taste like yuzu'.
