    I don't know what it is, but I really find your delivery on reviews very calming and reassuring. I like your calm demeanor and the way you describe each ride or park. Keep it up!

    I find that water coasters that propel you to the top with water jets instead of a magnetic launch system tend to slow down a lot faster. At my local water park we have a water coaster that was built in the early 2000s but it's the exact same concept. Sometimes if the rider weight is too high you almost don't make it over those hills, and you certainly don't get any airtime either.

    • @Rickmarine1
      @Rickmarine1 2 года назад +2

      @@tdog8600 They have stairs and platforms you can walk out on and get off the slide if you valley, it's usually pretty rare but competently safe. You can even see those same evac platforms at the bottom of the drops in the video.

    but the visuals in line are great.

    I prefer the one at six flags New England, as their conveyer belt was cranking that day and the airtime was nice!. The best airtime i have ever gotten on a waterslide was the Tornado waterslide at Funtown Splashtown in Saco. That drop coming out of the tunnel about to go into the funnel launched launched me like the rolling thunder hill on El Toro! Thank god i was holding on as I would have launched out of the tube! W!e also went so far up the funnel I am surprised we did not tip then either! That was insane

    We just did this on the 29th. The climb up on a windy day with the raft was ... unnerving. We spent a good time down at the bottom waiting for a raft. The thing we noticed and did not understand was this feature at the very end that looks like it is intending to make you get a bit of airtime and / or throw very light kids off the raft with there much larger parents. We saw quite a few flings. The ride itself was not horrible. Like the reviewer if it was not for the end the ride would have been very "Meh". This is my only water coaster. It's fun. It would be good for moderately new younger thrill seekers.. but when you have Maxx Force staring you in the face you really want the ride to live up to the other coasters at the park.

      But a water coaster isn’t a roller coaster, so it’s incomparable. I thought it was fun but it needed airtime. For a water slide/coaster it’s really good.

    I unfortunately haven’t had the time to get out and ride this yet though from what it sounds like in this review, it doesn’t sound as good as Cheetah Chase. If what you said is normally true then Loggers Run probably does have better airtime than this, if you can fill the log the double down is crazy!
