Weber Smoky Joe Unboxing and Assembly - It ain't the size! It's the way you use it!

- When it comes to cooking up great food you don't have to have a giant grill to get it! It isn't the size that counts but what you do with the space you're allotted. I decided that I would get a Weber smokey Joe 14" grill to actually cook some steaks and other small items there are too small to cook on my big Old Country Pits Angus smoker and also my Char-Griller offset. Both those being #offsets are able to handle more #capacity but I needed something small to be able to handle a #couple of #steaks or a few pieces of #chicken or a couple of #burgers without using all of the fuel that I have such as charcoal and wood. I'll also be doing some mods in the future and maybe even some #microsmoking.
