The reasons for non-violence in Baluchistan and Sindh are quite understandable. The relations between the two communities were more harmonious, and the poverty was on both sides of the aisle. In Punjab and in particular Rawalpindi, the relations were tense because both were living side by side. The urban commercial life of Rawalpindi was dominated by the Hindu community, the landed elite were mostly Sikhs, while the Muslims were on the fringes of the system. So there was a clear economic dividing-line between the Hindu-Sikh and their Muslim counterparts.

The 'riots' which were started by 'Hindus' and 'Sikhs' at partition r still going on in 'India'. 'Riots' of Punjab in 1984, 'Riots' in Gujrat in 2002, Riots in Delhi last year and 'Riots' in Manipur now r just next episodes of those. Its called Karma, these 'riots' never happened in Pak after Partition, 'lanat' hehe

In Pakistan, very few people have started revisiting the real cause of partion between India and Pakistan. There is a sincere attempt to analyse the real cause from pakistani prospective. it is really a welcome and very courageous step to undo this unnatural partition in this sub continent.

in this vlog about sadly killing in Rawalpindi, it is true that this mascard lead to further violence which could never be controlled and resulted in mass killings of Punjabi community. However one historical fact is ignored. The fact of matter behind killing of sikh community in thoa khalsa was the orgnaized invasione of pushtoon tribes in this aea. These tribes who were fully armed and they were going to kashmir to librate it. During their way they attacked all those villages and towns which were located in their way. This ill fated village was one of those dozens of villages which became victims of these tribes. Local people who were living together since centuries were not much involved in this mass killing. However attack of pushtoon tribes is not even mentioned in this vlog.

Besides other factors,in my opinion, mulana Ishaq was the main culprit behind whole massacre of pre &post partition. How said & heart breaking it is. Before this man, everyone was living peacefully 😢

Madam, dont obfuscate what happened in 1947. Millions died after pk was carved out of India. Pakistan has totally & irreversibly wiped out all minorities from its area. Let karma logically play out its consequences. It is unavoidable.

British archives are reliable? The brit records supported the loyal Sikhs who were granted contracts and lands confiscated from Muslims in 1859. Go to the Nicholson monument and ask the local communities.

The 1926 guru Arjun armed processions were meant to intimidate Muslims to remind them how they were punished after 1857 and loyal Sikh "masters" imposed and enriched to subjugate and lord it over the local Muslims.
