Texas Hill Country Drive | Kingsland | Horseshoe Bay | Marble Falls

Today we conclude our Texas Hill Country drive as we head south from Texas highway 29 near Lake Buchanan towards Kingsland on Ranch road 1431. In our previous videos we visited Boerne, Texas, Luckenbach, Llano, and Fall Creek Vineyards after leaving from Bulverde/San Antonio. We’ve returned from Fall Creek Vineyards to highway 29 where we’ll cross over and continue on Ranch Road 1431 to Kingsland. Along the way we’ll continue to see spring color from Texas Bluebonnets along the route.
Today’s drive starts on Ranch to Market Road 1431 at the intersection with Texas highway 29 and continues to Kingsland. We’ll make a right turn on Ranch to Market Road 2900 in Kingsland. Then, after turning onto 2233 for a brief stretch, we’ll turn southeast on Texas 71, a main highway between Llano and US-281. Finally, we’ll turn onto Ranch Road 2147 and drive through Horseshoe Bay back to US-281 before returning to San Antonio on US-281.
