  • Join me for this 30 minute gentle yoga practice with a focus on twisting postures. There will of course be non-twisting postures also, but we will do some standing twists, some seated twists, we'll even do one while laying down just for good measure. Twisting poses can help improve circulation as well as release tension around the spine and through the abdomen. They can help improve digestive function too, though I wouldn't do this practice right after eating! So grab your mat, maybe a block if you have one handy, and lets get wrung out...
