The landshark is so awesome, & just proves Skeletor is a pimp with his crazy vehicles riding around in sharks, dragonflies & spiders it's no wonder he's always laughing all the time! I really hope we get a origins Spydor! Great review Dan, such a fun silly toy!

Pre-ordered mine on Amazon and it arrives today, after watching this review I’m already considering some customization and or buying custom parts in the future
Why is nobody mentioning the missing button in the cockpit? The vintage had a button you could push to open the Jaw without moving it. The origins one unfortunately doesn't have that.
The new Skeletors head sculpt in a vehicle, looks like he's going WAY too fast and cant control the vehicle he's in. Like he's screaming in terror as he's about to plow into a tree.

I like this Origins Land Shark, well built good feel to it. With the Sky Sled and Shark, they are 2 for 2 in my book, looking forward to future Origins vehicles. Good review, thank you.
Classics Skeletor does totally fit. You just have to rotate his boot cut so that he can fit under the foot board. By the way Vintage/origins also need the feet to go under the foot board.

Land Shark was the only vehicle I had as a kid, so I'm thrilled the new line has already included it. It's not perfect, but checks all of the nostalgia boxes so I can't wait to get it!
Wish I can get some of the figurines that is shown on the back of the box. They were released in South-Africa a month ago, but no Skeletor or He-man were shipped here.
For me, the affordability of this line including vehicles such as Land Shark and the Sky Sled means I am a lot more forgiving regarding its minor issues. Mattel might have just struck the perfect balance between affordable toys for new generations and providing long time fans such as myself with an appealing accessible interpretation of one of the greatest toy-lines /IP's ever. My top wish list items in the line would be a classic designed Sorceress and an £80 snake mountain.
my one and only vehicle as a kid from MOTU and what a cool one! I was so pumped to see that this was being released again in Origins and it's definite buy, great review as always Dan
People complain about sitting figures, just turn the calves/shins around, it gives them the best pose. Looks a bit weird but compensates for the lack of an ab crunch.
It's funny when you discuss how kids will like it and how its kid friendly lol only because MOTU Origins is basically impossible to find and these wont end up in kids rooms across north America like when we were kids. These were clearly marketed towards adults and that's no doubt why the distribution is complete garbage. Most people will only ever Experience these things Here on your channel lol. It's crazy cause its Mattel... but you can find McFarlane and Jazwares which is a newer company everywhere. The line is awesome but $60 for Scareglow and $200 for Castle Grayskull is ridiculous. Mattel should have just partnered with Scalpers instead of Walmart cause Walmart made it a 3 way lol. Great Video!
True the box art is cool but the cannons are ruined and the figure's articulation failed with this vehicle. The vintage Skeletor had to show the Origins Skeletor how it's really done
I owned this when I was a kid. This along with a Skeletor figure were the only MOTU toys my mom was able to get me at the time. I enjoyed it although what I really wanted was a He-Man action figure but unfortunately they were always sold out in every toy store. I remember bringing Skeletor to school every now and then when the teachers would allow it. The most popular opinion among adults was that they were worried that I would join a dark cult due playing with a toy that appeared demonic. 😂

If I remember right, the engine cover doesn't actually come off of the vintage one, but it's on a hinge that you can kind of swing open. The mold of the new one looks like it's done that way, but it sounds like it's glued down. Does the seat back come off of the new one?
