I had my wife promise herself that she will never let her Texas Esthetician license expire, even if she doesn't want to do this line of work anymore !!! I told her don't make the mistake I made many years ago when I decided to drop my commercial drivers license!! At the time I didn't have any desire to drive trucks over the road anymore!! But later on I changed my mind and wanted to drive trucks again!! So I had to go through the nightmare of studying, training, recertification and paying thousands of dollars for all this to get another Commercial Drivers License 😮
Yes, that’s what I tell all the students, keeping renewing it even when not in use because you never know. 🙂

If we’re not in Texas, where do you find your rules and regulations for estheticians for your state/country/island? I’m on Guam and I’m not in a beauty school yet, so idk if they show you this stuff there, but I just want to study and prepare before getting into a class so it’s not as stressful with all this information 🥲💀
