Me too and leaving the soul mate because of several reasons his family was toxic and I know my worth he misses. Me dearly but a mamas boy he's been gaining back bone I took care of him through four back aurger this last one I left to his mama her grandchildren and her children she ain't going to do that to me and my own house do you know what she respected me for it and she treats p the son that I was with she's got three two of them are twins him the worst and he's the only one that's ever did anything for he built her business she the other two are worthless the oldest is by far the worst she don't even want nothing to do with them hardly but she bailed his butt out of jail every time he gets in trouble if he can be bailed out if he's not on probation what a toxic cycle her mother never wanted her and still treat her badly
I'm a prideful man, yet this song is so empowering to me at this very moment.

One of my oldest memories is being three years old and watching this music video with my grandmother. I didn't understand the lyrics but I loved the guitars and the melody. A few days later we bought it at K-Mart and I remember listening to it on the way home in the car.

I can so relate to this song. Been through 2 divorces. Didn't know which end was up, but through the chaos I learned alot about myself and what I was truly capable of. You do what you gotta do to survive ladies and you end up surprising yourself that you really are stronger than you think you are. It's hard going through it but eventually you do make it to the other side. Give yourselves from credit. You have strength you didn't think you had. Keep going girls you will make it!
