When i met Lorrie i was already upset at who i thought was in her entourage. Some guy kept grabbing my arm and jerking me around. Oh i was mad. I met her and i was still pissed. But,she was so kind and so beautiful. I ended up writing her a letter to tell her about that guy. She had her road manager call me. And i never forgot that.
Beautiful is such an understatement when describing Lorrie Morgan. This is one of my favorites from her, and I love seeing this side of her - offstage and with the fans.

A couple of my friends & me went to Rivers Casino & Event Center in Schenectady NY to see her and Mark Wills on February 15 2019 and after the concert there was a meet & greet - got an autographed picture of her and a camera picture of Lorrie & me. This was something I have wanted since I have been listening to her music - I also was a member of her fan club.

Sweet Lorrie, saw you in concert in Boise back in the late 80’s. You were opening for Merle Haggard. I’m so sorry you lost your soulmate, Keith Whitley. You have made a huge difference in country music. Thank you so much. 🌷🌷🌷
She and her bus came to my neighborhood in south central KY in September 2019. My current husband and I had known each other for five months. He played his Keith Whitley CD constantly. When we heard she was giving a concert RIGHT THERE where we were living, husband announced over and over that he was going to have that Keith Whitley CD playing when her bus rolled in. Of course, he was talking about DAYtime, not NIGHT time. Well, we didn't know when the bus would get there. Husband got up early and played the CD. At 6 AM eastern, here came the bus, right past the tiny blockhouse. The bus parked a little closer to the show building. Kenny cranked up the CD so Lorrie would hear it. At the time, we were the only renters in the neighborhood. Well, the landlord came walking out to ME outside and told me to tell Kenny to turn down the music cause Lorrie was trying to sleep. He did. At the concert that evening, we had a great time. Kenny's friend Wayne bought tickets for us (Kenny had foolishly traded the tickets a week before). Kenny was drunk drunk and stoned. Still WAS when Lorrie was signing autographs. Kenny had brought his Alvarez guitar for Lorrie to sign. Kenny was in line first. He couldn't even SPEAK after asking her to sign the guitar. She signed it, he thanked her. Then it was my turn. I don't drink or smoke. I was completely sober, but pretty tired. She glared at me as she signed my ticket. She glared back at Kenny, too. Well, two and a half years later, Kenny still has the signed Alvarez and I still have my signed ticket and he still has the Keith Whitley CD, and we are married and living in a little bit bigger (not much) in the same neighborhood. We have this shared memory for always.

I gave my life to JESUS. AGAIN THAT NIGHT! WOW! WHAT A Revolution ! JESUS SAVED ME FROM A LIFE OF HELL A BAD Situation! DV back then was not spoken about in public! It was kept behind closed doors!
