Taking action and Consistency is key! 2024 wasn't my year either, it took a lot of analyzing and reflecting on past actions and mistakes and what I truly wanted to do with my life. It's amazing to witness more and more people waking up and taking action. I wish you success Adam in your journey, it will be tough and sometimes unbearable but keep moving forward and don't ever give up. (2025)!
2024 wasnt my year as well but this time im keeping track of my morning routine. 1. Wake up around 5-6 AM 2. Walk to Gym 3. Go home and Cold shower 4. Drink water and eat 5. Rest for a while while watching self improvement videos to learn I also try to talk to a stranger daily to enhance social skills hopefully :)
