Awesome video. I'm actually just getting REALLY into basketball and I found what you talked about really useful and relatable for that, too. I get nervous before pickup games and often don't even give myself a chance of getting into a flow because I'm like "nah I don't really know how to do that move... what if I screw it up?". I love what you said about being embracing being "stuck" in sparring or whatever uncomfortable situation, and just embracing all of it. Out of the hundred or so pickup games I've played the last year, I've only gotten into an aggressive flow state maybe 3 times, and all of them were when I was so tired I think I didn't have time to out-think myself. Learning to love the nerves is great advice, too. Lot of great life advice secretly in your video, I'm realizing. Maybe that's why boxing/fighting is so relatable to all of us, even those of us who just appreciate it from afar. Cheers, and again, awesome video.

@@locrianphyrigian3779 that’s really interesting to hear! As athletes, we go through a lot of the same emotions and struggles no matter what sport it is. Thanks for the comment, I hope the video helped!💪
