When I was back home and went to Black River I would come home feeling sick.The town needs to get the shop owners to paint the buildings or give them a fine in dollar.Shame on the M.P mr Green he can do better in getting more funds for the job needed so people want to come to Black River
Black River always look rundown.I went there a few times and it wasn't appealing to me as a Parish Capital.They need to do something. Who?i don't realy know.
