This is ridiculous, it’s literally videos like this and guys like him that make newbies think they can do dumb stuff like this. It’s ashamed he didn’t clarify that this isn’t a how to and to not take his advice but rather just his experience with his limit knowledge of the motor bikes.
All engines possess inherent imperfections. Smoothing the surfaces can undoubtedly alleviate leaking concerns. The lower halves (cases) remain consistent across the board. The issue appears to stem from over-torquing the stud, resulting in thread damage within the stud hole. Excessive stud torque often leads to leakage problems. Merely avoiding leaks with a single-piece jug doesn't denote superiority; it could be a stroke of luck with that specific kit. I, too, encountered leakage problems with single-piece jugs. Utilizing two gaskets isn't a panacea; it typically exacerbates problems and diminishes power. Resolving leakage entails replacing gaskets and applying oil to them. After the engine warms up, studs and screws expand, potentially causing leaks. Hence, it's crucial to re-torque them during full heat soak. Additionally, favor non-painted kits to avert sealing and heat-related issues. The amount of grease applied seems excessive, risking interference with the clutch basket and plate, leading to slippage. Avoiding the use of locktite on the sparkplug is advisable to prevent complications. A malfunctioning head with imperfections may contribute to leaks. Opting for a two-piece jug and substituting the head with a proper high-compression variant can rectify this. If the case halves are uneven, acquire a suitable case or dismantle and level it. Considering your relatively nascent experience in this hobby, your knowledge about these China doll kits may be limited. It's sincerely hoped that individuals won't follow your advice and inadvertently damage their engines. Finally, acquiring the cheapest kits may occasionally yield subpar results.
This guy is terrible I never seen a worser RUclips how to do video of my life everything is ass backwards he's doing and saying and he's putting way too much grease near that clutch oh my God no dude what are you doing the bicycle engine gods need to come and strike down on this man and take his damn bicycle engine away
Just enough to lubricate the gear, whit the rotation and centrifugal force the grease will always be thrown out of the clutch so it is not easily contaminated
Watching just a few minutes of this video the only thing I learned was that YOU SHOULD NOT BE GIVING ADVICE ON HOW TO DO ANYTHING WITH THESE MOTORS. This was a very bad video to make because you are learning yourself how to build them. I’m not trying to to be mean but it’s videos like this and people like you that make “HOW TO VIDEOS” that others watch and think it’s good advice and it’s just not. There’s nothing wrong with showing your experience but you need to explain that this is NOT a how to video and rather just your experience with the motors and that you DO NOT know what you’re doing.
Were did your get this motor from i can't find its anywhere please let me know the name of the company or Were you got it please and thank you and have an amazing blessed night 🙏❤️💯👑👑💯❤️🙏
Thanks for you comment, is because these engines should be simple, easy to install and cheap, if it had a gearbox it would be much more complicated to install and expensive, the gearbox function is make the vehicle reach high speeds what is not be necessary is a bicycle, this engines can handle easily 25miles hour
i think those one pice jug motors are bad they dont have great cooling and they can zise up more my friend had one of those and it sized up bad after riding it for less than month the two pice jug ones are way more better you can get bigger cylinder head to make them run cooler but i give you point for greasing the gear also dont use those exhaust screws use studs the treads can wear out on cylinder and then the exhaust will come lose and you cant get it tight enymore
I only had problems with the other engine model, losing compression, lousing power and leaking oil, so now I only use this model to assembly my bikes, I have already mounted 12 bikes with this engine model and I had no problems, no warranty trouble with my customers, except a screw that fell form the carburetor drain, the grease on the gear is to reduce the noise and reduce premature gear wear, should do not put excess grease to do not fall on the clutch, using glue on the screws is exceptional to prevent the screws from coming out with the vibration of the engine, especially the fixing screws of the exhaust of the carburetor of the cylinder and all others that can be prevented from coming out by the vibration
@@doityourself7763 i have had no problems with two pice jug motors i use 2caskets on cylinder head and i dont use stock heads i use high compresion ones
Damn bro you’re going to blow it up installing your piston rings like that they go in a certain spot and then they would go in smoothly beating it on There is just gonna install them incorrectly and explode your engine. Just a heads up brother. Ride safe
word of advice . dont watch this . go to la hover , build break fix, etc ,etc those guys have 100s of videos with really great info . these motors need very easy work to make run good dirt cheap.
There are so many things wrong with what you are doing its crazy from putting all that grease on your clutch plate to thread lock on your spark plug 😂😂😂 this should be a comedy (PLEASE NOBODY DO THIS TO YOUR ENGINE)
P.s guys please stay away from this guy!!!Do not listen to anything comes out his mouth...You will end up setting on side of a road or pushing it back home trust me nuthing he saying is true let alone make since.... (PEOPLE!!!!!! Stay away from those one piece heads their junk and they run way to hot alsoits harder to inspect the inside of the cylinder with a one piece also if you have to do part work it's a lot harder all around it's a very bad design stay away from the one piece jug always go for a two-piece!!! Unless you like red and hot 🔥🔥
Woah, squish the rings bro. Less violence, more technique.
Hey probably don't know
Ola senore 😂

Is you put grease like you do you contaminate the pads clucht and you start slip you clucht i never put grease there and never problema
Just enough to lubricate the gear, whit the rotation and centrifugal force the grease will always be thrown out of the clutch so it is not easily contaminated
If it's put together properly it will not leak ... the one piece cylinder is not better...they run hotter ......no clue.... WOW

Thanks my friend great video
I never seen somebody put grease on the clutch
More power an its more smooth when riding
@@LucianosMindOverMatterno benefits of the excess
@danialthomas5659 it rides smoother an faster , an prevents rust , or metal on metal contact to prevent shavings as well
@Pedalfast22 the point is you don't need that much to get the same effect.
@danialthomas5659 the more the better because, some grease don't stay greasy after like 100 miles you'll need to do it again
El mejor consejo que dio es el de usar loc tite en los tornillos del mufle eso si esta correcto
verdade works very good
El cilindro de una sola pieza que trae la tapa junta con el cilindro no lo puedes modificar y poner una tapa cnc billet y es mas dificil de portear

Just one question why don't those engines have gear boxes?

Thanks you!
Nice job! 🍺😉👍
To be honest i hope you give the people that buy your bikes a warranty
To honest with you, people that purchase my bikes are happy and recommend me for other people, I sold over 20 bikes already
I gives warranty, delivery plus delivery fees and I show how operate the bike

Way too much greese
Thanks for your comment, i use put too much grease to reduce de noise and make to reduce wear on gears
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 grease to much
