I have been using Prism Live Studio for a couple of various streams. Primarily multi-streaming on Kick and RUclips. I don't multi-stream that often, but when I do, I use Prism because it's the only FREE multi-streaming application that I have found. All of the other streaming software like SLOBS and Restream require a subscription service and SLOBS is a little too clunky for me to use. I haven't noticed any frame drops or stuttering using Prism compared to slobs and I really like how Prism Live Studio is built off the bones of OBS Studio.
The only difference is that all of the plugins that I usually struggle to set up in OBS is already integrated into Prism. If you're an IRL streamer and use your face, then you'll be really interested in their PRISM Lens function. This is also what I use to connect my phone (I use an Iphone XR) to Prism through their mobile app. I plan on streaming with my PNG model through their mobile app pretty soon, but from what I've tested out so far on the desktop version, it's really easy to connect your phone to your computer. Plus, you can use your phone as a stream deck which will save you money from having to use an elgato stream deck.

Can you separate music from twitch vods on prism like you can with obs?
Hey Mari! I was curious on what to do if you cant find a prism live folder. Once its downloaded its just the app, theres no folder anywhere, unless im missing something?

So I tried doing a collab with another VTuber tonight using Prism while she was on OBS and we could seem to figure out how to actually set-up the stream share for the collab. We ended up streaming separately and while playing the same game together and talking with each other over discord so our respective chats could only hear one part of the conversation since we weren't in a shared stream. Can you make a video on how to collab with other VTubers/streamers using Prism Live Studios regardless of what the other party is using?

Couldn't manage to install plugins on it before, despite being OBS with a different UI.
Did they fix that in a recent version?

So I am trying to set it up (first time streamer/vtuber) but you go through the frames too fast. So setting up sprout was confusing and did not seem to work the same way for me. It shows up, but its not conecting to vtubstudio. I feel so dumb...
i can not add my png model TT the tut kinda helped but not really due to it being really fast
I followed the steps to the letter and for some reason when I tried connecting my vtubestudio through spout2 my only option under spout senders was "use first available sender" and vtubestudio didn't even appear as an option.
Edit: I also tried it in obs and the same issue turned up.

You need to enable it in VTube Studio, not just Prism.

Fear downloading it on pc so I only have is iPhone mini. I also only use hyper vtube app that's vtube but no body track which I want to and I also use reality vtube app. I don't have anything else. 2:03

it depends on what you mean by "better". I like it for these very specific reasons:
- i can multi-stream for free
- music player,
- intuitive mobile app connection (letting me use it as a streamdeck)
- drawing on stream function (good for my educational/talk streams without needing to edit it in post)
- the mobile app in general since OBS does not have a mobile function (and im sure as heck not using slobs)
