Description (From Wikipedia) Poppy Playtime: Chapter 1 - A Tight Squeeze, commonly known as Chapter One or abbreviated as CH1, is the first chapter for Poppy Playtime. It was released on October 13 on Steam. It revolves around the unamed player, an ex-employee of the toy manufacturing business Playtime Co. whose employees when missing abruptly one day, and receives a letter from an anonymous sender stating that 'we're still here'. This incites the protagonist to go back to the abandoned factory and investigate it to find out what is happening. Playtime Co. is a toy-making company, and the location where the game takes place. It was likely established in the 1950s, considering the aesthetic and lack of deeply advanced technology. However, the factory likely made its demise some time past the 80s depending. In this game, you play as an ex-employee of a company labelled "Playtime Co." Playtime Co. was once a corporate giant company that was in the toy manufacturing industry - that was until everybody inside the factory went missing. Now, years later, you return to the factory to investigate these unknown missing cases. One of the main mascots of PlayTime Co, he was one of the best sellers and found a place in the hearts of many children across the globe due to the fact that he was programmed to hug people, or because he was found to be cute. Nobody really knows what made him so appealing. However, due to experimentation on the toys at Playtime Co., a Huggy Wuggy seems to have come to life and gone rogue, killing everyone that crosses its path. The Player is the main protagonist of Poppy's Playtime and is the person you currently play as during Chapter 1: A Tight Squeeze. There is not much to say about The Player since we never get an introduction to who they could be. However, there's a recurring theory that the live toys, such as the murderous HH, were actually human experiments. There's a theory that the player has ties to whoever was running the operation, or looked similar to them, which is why they were so ferociously attacked. This is not canon, and this may be disputed later on as more lore is revealed. Poppy Playtime is a minor character inside Chapter 1, and will most likely be an important character for the upcoming chapters. Poppy is a highly intelligent toy, she has the ability to properly converse with a child. She's also programmed to talk and communicate like a real little girl. Her first debut is in Chapter 1 and is featured inside the first VHS tape the player receives in the game, in which she appears in her own commercial tape. The Grab Pack was shown to have been used by factory workers to do heavy lifting and general tasks that would have been hard for the average man to do alone, or even in groups. Not to mention, that in the chase scene, the player used it to pull a huge box over an entrance to deter a murderous Huggy Wuggy, and instead destroys the entire mesh floor with the box and takes Huggy Wuggy down with it. This shows that it's incredibly powerful, managing to pull down a box like that with ease. In VHS 2, it's also shown that it can easily decapitate a person with relative ease. In VHS 2, because of this, it was strongly advised to use these with care for that very reason. Decapitating your coworker is not ideal. (Steam Page) You must stay alive in this horror/puzzle adventure. Try to survive the vengeful toys waiting for you in the abandoned toy factory. Use your GrabPack to hack electrical circuits or nab anything from afar. Explore the mysterious facility... and don't get caught.

I'm betting there is a high possiblity of Daisy the flower being in a future chapter. unlike Cassie, her posters and image were still seen in ch.2 so I can see them brining her as a antagonist. probably a fake garden area.
I believe that the Vulture is not a character that was excluded from the game. The baby bird that Bunzo caught is probably just a normal egg laid by a regular bird that happened to end up in the factory.

The chapter 1 art designs also showcased (if I’m not mistaken) a bigger body version of Catbee, implying that they might have also planned for her to be in the first chapter but got scrapped, and looking at her, I definitely see why 😨.

I choose to believe that Bobby Bearhug is still alive somewhere in the factory and may appear in the next chapter as an ally since her cutout didn’t end with a scream. This may imply that Bobby is somewhere in the factory and would more than likely want to help us fight the Prototype.

Flying toys would have been terrifying. I mean, it gives them that much more stealth and maneuverability that us ground-bound creatures just don't have. They can dive bomb you from above before you can even sense them.

OMG I JUST THOUGHT OF SOMETHING what if that strange bird from the comic is something like a cuckoo bird, the whole theme surrounding time of course makes sense for the hour of joy but would also make sense for a bird themed around clocks (like a cuckoo or an owl) combined with the fact that animals in general can get aggressive when their children aren’t safe, and the fact that they lay their eggs in another bird’s nest and Bunzo was found in a deep hole far from the nest I think it would be fun to have a cuckoo style red light green light game like PJ’s but like the Dark Deception Duckies it only moves if you’re close or it gets you like Garten of Banban’s slow Seline grabbing you just from movement alone. If not that, a bird that kinda picks off the toys one by one like a vulture or buzzard would be interesting too

so by my guess the prototype is some type of bird since Bunzo kills a bird maybe the prototype is some type of a actual animal that’s been replace with robot limbs because he was probably the first experiment that they did just to see there potential since birds can literally fly so they could’ve just used one but they stopped half way when the you’re of joy happened so it still had organs and could reproduce

I think Bobby Bearhug will return because they have been hinting at her a lot and they never confirmed that she was dead. I think that she would be a playable monster in Project Playtime or an obstacle in Chapter 4.

Here’s my theory: the prototype controlled huggy wuggy as a test to see how much range it has hence why they found huggy wuggy docile in the nearby residential area and the results are the hour of joy and dogday did mentioned that some tried to fight the prototype’s control and then were punished for it and as for the identity well I think it’s Eliot Ludwig due to clues hinted at chapter 3 of what he does behind closed doors

You if we are going of the screaming theory for chapter 3 I feel like Bobby has a chance of appearing because he is one of the only character that has a cardboard cutout that doesn’t scream the only other one that don’t is pick, crafty and huggy but crafty gets eaten by picky so if we are going of this then we might see Bobby, picky and maybe even huggy in chapter 4

In fact, according to what the book said, she was still alive and used as a testbed for the extensive tinkering to translate the original designs for Boxy Boo into what would eventually be the Smiling Critters.
