Im glad that at 35 years old im literally just now hearing about this for the first in my life... Why isnt this being taught in school?!?
Me too… it’s not on the exam so we don’t teach kids to learn it!
😭🤣
NO.... thats BIG PHARMA who's hiding it....
because when you breathe correctly you don't need pills !!!
Bro..... just turned 35 and im thinking the same😂. Found my way here because i have insane headaches coming from above my ears and apparently tongue position could be the cause
Wow that's a great way to test it 😮❤
Also another way to stay present and focus on what you’re doing
100%
Yes! Thank you for the visual!! The many posted breathing techniques are helpful, but you’re the first I see with the visual!
Glad it helps 🙏🏻

Omg, I never realised it is supposed to create a seal! Thank you!
Yes. Help. Thank you for guiding me.
Happy to help!
200% true 🎉
💯
Its incredible that at 35 im just learning how to literally have my tongue in my mouth. Everything is making sense.... 2 of my bottom teeth in the front are misaligned which i am now assuming to be because i constantly had my tongue too low for years and im going to assume the reason i tend to only have good air flow out of one of my nostrils is because my tongue has been too low 🤯
I know mate!!!… I’m 42 so you 7 years ahead of me in finding out!!
I’ve been doing myo therapy for months and was never sure if I’m doing it correctly because I have a tongue tie and it’s hard to discern what’s going on in the back. This is so simple, thank you!
@@iwillstom glad it helps
So good
I know!!!!
I've been dealing with some anxiety related air hunger the last few weeks and working on breathing exercises. Saw the Q-Tip video in the comment section of one of them and holy shit...I've been breathing up my nose like an asshole for forever. That immediately feels better.
Glad it help
WELL the front-facing air holes you explained/demonstrated yesterday changed EVERYTHING for me today, who KNEW it could feel so right? My issue is that to blow out air from those 2 epic skull air holes now feels ridiculous lol but this means we must break the lip seal somewhat to let out air?
Should our teeth be touching or should we let the jaw relax and not create a bite?
Relax a bit.. your right
is it okay if some is air is created in mouth
do you mean in general, or when trying to do the tongue suction position?
