I found by re-wetting the paper towel several times and letting it set for 10 - 15 minutes, 95% numbering comes of the first time with the the scotch tape.
I have gotten this process to work any time I have tried it maybe I don’t wait long enough. I actually just use nail polish remover, works great and doesn’t go through to paint below. Thanks for sharing, I’ll try it again with the towel method.

NP remover will ruin the plastic
