I've watched every episode it's by far the best and most entertaining racing podcast.. paddy is just a star and his opinions are always interesting ..matt is fresh as ever and the guests usually jockeys are great to hear from.and to understand a little better.

Paddy B Ur some man (too proud for Ur own good) - Constitution Hill was first time back on a race course in 12 months, he'll only improve! And we all know what he's been capable in the past. Going to be superb racing @ Cheltenham in march. personally I'm over the moon for Seven Barrows no matter what happens next. Good luck an safe return home for everyone.🙏

easily the best racing podcast, has the perfect mix and chemistry between you both lads. upping the ante was number 1 for me for so long but they focus too much on johnny dineen nowadays and its ruined it imo as great a man johnny is, its just too much. smashing it lads, cheers|

This is one of the best shows around now. Fact or File I would go for the Ryanair this year. Following season gold cup. The 25s I have properly swayed my decision. It's all about the pace. Slow fractions, then a 3f sprint every trainer would want that. Sorry for you to be a great champion. You have to go fractions that are on the quick side, then still finish the race off.
Growing on me. Well done. Matt is spot on about how good Nico's comments were for the sport. Racing needs to find a way of emotionally appealing to the public. Projecting the passion with the sport. Allowing those within the sport like the jockeys and the trainers to be themselves and speak freely and unapologetically will reap benefits to the sport. Vanilla is boring, let's see fire and attitude, this is a fiercely competitive sport at heart.
Interesting to hear paddy’s thoughts on the tempo of Irish racing compared to British racing, I would also add that British tracks are too fair and not a good preparation for Cheltenham.
Have to disagree, ascot, Sandown both uphill finishes , yes may be there are a couple. I'm Ireland but some of the tracks in ireland are genuinely horrendous

There should only be one grade hurdle over two miles at the festival and that is the champion hurdle . Make the mares hurdle a grade two and see what happens then.
Either keep it Grade 1 but move it to the April meeting or only open to mares that haven't won a Grade 1 hurdle.If you made it a Grade 2 those big owners don't care they will still run the Honeysuckle/Lossiemouth etc just to get a win on the board.
