Hello, all were explaining how to apply caulking.
As I mentioned in this video, folks, once the loose stucco is removed, the stucco crack is cleaned well.
If you apply or fill that foundation crack up with Sika-a Flex, a polyurethane adhesive sealant, the foundation can still flex because of Sika-A Flex’s rubber expansion joint.
I don’t believe there is stronger caulking that adheres to porous things such as bricks or blocks as concrete sold in the United States.
But remember, nothing adheres to a dusty or dirty surface, not this caulking or cobwebs.
Sikaflex 1a Kit - One Component, Flexible, Non-Sag, Polyurethane Concrete, and Masonry Sealant; I’ve been using this caulking for over 30 years because it never fails me.
Don’t get any of this sticky strong nasty stuff on your hands.
I wear my stucco gloves when using them myself.
