    For over 5 years, I had a Bar Method membership!! However, as a working mom of 2 kids I struggle to find time these days to get out of the house. I'm so grateful that you post these workouts because I'm able to do them in my own home!! Thank you so much!!

      Hi! These classes are actually closer to an hour in our studios with more time for transitions/stretching at the end but we can certainly do a longer video soon :)

      I do barre classes 3 times a week. Each session is 45 minutes and believe me she works the whole body. She does legs on the bar, then legs and glutes on the mat, followed by arm routine and then an ab sequence which is then followed by stretches. She does lots of high reps too and so you really feel the burn.
      I think it's more about content than actual duration to get results
      Check out Lucy Wyndham read on RUclips- she has barre workouts and also lots of HIT workouts and most of her videos are only a few minutes long. She states it's all about the right moves and not the duration of the workouts. She has fab reviews and over 20 years experience as a PT and uses no weights and all are at home workouts.
      If you want cardio, HIT, and to target abs, glutes, and barre workouts then she's also great to watch too
