Darshan of Sudharshan... It is called tod fod analysis of a business... The historical analysis of financial statements was awesome. HPP can be the game changer during the upcycle is quite clear. Also, we can now differentiate growth capex vs maintenance capex. How European operations shut down helps Sudarshan is crystal clear. @ishmohit great video once again, I wanted to know have you checked related party transactions, lot of money going out to some firms since many years. I studied this business few years back, wrote to management but they never replied even after repeated followups. That kept me from owning this business.
Paaji, you have done fundamental analysis of various chemical stocks including Balaji and Alkyl Amine, Deepak Nitrite, PI Industries, Clean Science, Apcotex and now Sudharsan which helps us immensely to understand their supply chain and uses in various industrial sector and personally I like this approach very much. But if you cover the Bromine (like Archean Chemical) industry like you did before for all of that ; it will be very helpful for me.

Question on reverse DCF: Aren't we supposed to remove the impact of one-off land sale from the TTM earning figure used to calculate the implied growth rate. That will give you a very different number. Moreover, is it preferable to use TTM sales (P/S) or Cash Flows (P/CF) instead of TTM profits (P/E) to calculate reverse DCF given the cyclical nature of margins & high depreciation on P&L? Of course karna to FCF par hai but shayad wo future me ajaye with no more capex requirement in near future.
I used the cash flows to do the reverse DCF and not TTM earnings
Big fan of doing BULL VS BEAR VS Base scenarios in such cos. Check the conclusion video in SOIC memerbship

I looked the screener and Tijori finance and their fixed asset as of FY2023 is 1126Cr. Does the gross block include something else than the fixed asset+cwip ?
